Enjoy the comfort and convenience of having enough space to allow all of your family and friends to vacation with you. Each home and condominium boasts garage parking, beautiful landscaping and the perfect location in Florida. **This property has a minimum stay requirement of two nights. During April 13-27, December 23-31, and January 1-5 there is a seven night minimum stay requirement.** This property charges housekeeping fees of $65 for two bedroom and three bedroom homes, $70 for four bedroom homes, $80 for five bedroom homes, $50 for two bedroom condos and $55 for three bedroom condos. Housekeeping fees are subject to a 12% tax and must be paid at check in. Pool heat is available from November until April. The charge for pool heat is $25 per day plus 12% tax.
