Located directly on the beach, this resort is situated in a magnificent, relaxing location. Guests will love basking in the sun at the elaborate lagoon style outdoor pool with waterfalls, encircled by palm trees and tropical flowers. Guest services available at the property include a security gate and on-site check in office, an on-site bar and grill that is open from April to October, daily beach service, free video rentals and winter guest activities. Guests of the High Pointe Resort also have access to the kiddie pool, outdoor hot tub, tennis courts, handicap accessible boardwalk and outdoor grills. **This property has a three-night minimum stay requirement 3/12/03-6/27/03 and 7/05/03-12/31/03; a four-night minimum stay is required 6/28/03- 07/03/03.** **Singles under 25 years are prohibited unless married or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. There must be one parent or legal guardian for every two persons under 25 years. Chaperoned groups are not permitted.** **Recreational vehicles, personal watercraft and RV's are not permitted on the rental property.** **Not all rooms may be available right at 3:00 PM for check in.**
